Discussions will be based upon how to raise more money and how these committees can become an essential part in planning for future expenses. The program will provide valuable information concerning topics surrounding the issue.  Bring your ideas and examples from your nonprofit to share in this facilitated discussion.

Grantwriting 101 Workshop

Money for FSAThe United Way of Delaware and Otsego Counties is pleased to provide a Grant writing 101 Workshop for non-profit organizations on May 13, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until noon.  The workshop is free and will be facilitated by Cheri Albrecht, MPA of MCA Consulting.  This is an introduction to grant writing resources and skills.  It will be held at First United Methodist Church Oneonta, NY located at 66 Chestnut Street.

About the program: Nonprofits who have a Board Member attend will qualify to apply for the 2014 Southern Tier Capacity Building Mini-Grant Program, as well as special assessment support offered directly by the New York Council of Nonprofits.
