December 12th Program Save the Date!

December 12th Program Save the Date!

From Silo'd to Syncro'd: Merging Individual Program Messages & Marching Under Your Organizational Banner

Presented by: Tara Collins, Watershed Agricultural Council

So, your organization has a couple different programs and they all work independently of each other in reaching out to their respective audiences. But when you really look at it, are those programmatic messages in line with your organization's overall message, goals and strategic plan?

This 90-minute working session will guide you through a series of questions: * What are my organization's mission, vision, values and overall goals/strategic plan? * Is our marketing strategy in line with that umbrella plan and goals? * What messages are your programs sharing and with what audiences? * Are those in line with the organization's marketing plan and target audiences? * What needs to change and how will you change it? If not you, then who? * How can you blend and cross-promote programs while maintaining an organizational identity?

You'll leave this working session with something to work on once back in the office. Case studies, work sessions, brainstorming, and Q&A will help guide you through the process. Having trouble reconciling messages at your organization? Bring your Problem Child to this session and get feedback from the group.

Session Takeaways
1. Discover how to bring your organization's silo's messaging under one roof.
